A double review here, as George is both giving me guitar lessons and played at a big party of mine recently:
I can’t recommend him enough if you want to start learning how to play the guitar. I started taking weekly lessons with George one year ago, and he has brought from absolute beginner to becoming much more comfortable playing both the acoustic and electric guitar in the past year. My very specific first milestones were to get started playing Hotel California (acoustic) and Master of Puppets (electric) within the first year, and I am currently at a much greater level with both songs than I ever expected to be at this time when I started training.
George has both a keen ear that helps you develop your skills quickly and a great eye for what motivates you the most.

That was also a great success, as he effortlessly blended Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and other geek music together with classical music, Metallica and other rock and metal bands – all of which brought a lot of great smiles to people’s faces and established a great atmosphere. Something I’ll do again at some point!
